This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for the Site.  This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

Artistic Dreams International offers a  learning environment for children. We take the protection of your child’s data very seriously.  We will safeguard the confidentiality of your child’s personal data and protect it from unauthorized access, including personal data of children under the age of 13.  Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: your name, e-mail address, phone number, zip code or city and state you are located in,  credit card information, information provided through reviews, social media name or posted names from facebook and instagram, and other information voluntarily provided in emails or social media. We will also collect information such as,  your child’s first name and email address (if applicable), child´s age and birthdate in order to verify their age, video recordings of your child during classes,

We will use your information, on what you voluntarily consent, to:  provide the Artistic Dreams Services you have hired from us; to process your payment for the Services; to send to you emails or newsletters that you signed up for; to improve the Artistic Dreams Services; to analyze website usage and/or marketing purposes. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email and social media  to tell you about our programs, newsletter promotions and or changes to this privacy policy. 

Artistic Dreams International,  Inc., will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

If at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, you may opt out of any future contacts from us by  following the unsubscribe instructions on each email. Children under 13 Privacy Policies

This policy is in accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), and outlines our services  regarding Children’s personal information. Under COPPA, “Personal Information” includes: First and last name; A home or other physical address including street name and name of a city or town; Online contact information; A screen or user name that functions as online contact information; A telephone number; A Social Security number; A persistent identifier that can be used to recognize a user over time and across different websites or online services; A photograph, video, or audio file, where such file contains a child’s image or voice; Geolocation information sufficient to identify street name and name of a city or town; or Information concerning the child or the parents of that child that the operator collects online from the child and combines with an identifier described above. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined under COPPA) from children. All information is collected with parent consent only.  Children can use our learning services only after parents have consented and created an account for them with ARTISTIC DREAMS INTERNATIONAL. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to create or acquire our teaching services and accounts.

Artistic Dreams International  requests and collects information about students/children directly from parents (or legal guardians). Parents may be requested to provide the child’s first name and email address (if applicable), child´s age and birthdate in order to verify their age and group them into an appropriate study category; time zone, and other notes concerning the child. Artistic Dreams may at times record classes in which video and audio images of the children may appear. Children may also share  voluntary information about themselves during a class session. Children may only  post classwork using “Google Classroom” platform. Children cannot post any personal information or data under any ARTISTIC DREAM service platform Artistic Dreams International use and disclosure of child’s information depends solely on the information provided  and permissions granted by parents or legal guardians. Artistic Dreams may share child’s information with the registered teacher giving the class. This information shall also be treated as part of the parent´s personal identifiable information as described above and may be shared as described in the “use of information”, and to comply with legal requirements. Artistic Dreams International requires and expects all personnel, teachers and all other Users(children of any age)  to abide by general standards of conduct, please note that we cannot control or monitor what personal information your child shares with teachers or other classmates. We disclaim all responsibility in that regard.

In regard to the session video recordings. Please note this is not done on a regular basis.  Video recordings and screenshots may be taken only by “class monitors”. Artistic Dreams does not post class recordings for later viewing on any platform, nor do we post for downloading recorded classes. Teachers are not permitted to record any sessions or take screenshots. Artistic Dreams will obtain parental consent before we use any recordings, pictures or use of classwork  for promotional, educational other purposes.  Artistic Dreams International requires and expects all personnel, teachers and all other Users(children of any age)  to abide by general standards of conduct, please note that we cannot control or monitor what such third parties ultimately do with a class video recordings, or screenshots taken. We disclaim all responsibility in that regard.

ARTISITIC DREAMS INTERNATIONAL uses the following forms of verifiable parental consent: 1)Verifiable email address to receive payment confirmation, consent forms, class instructions and links.2)Requiring the parent, to use a credit card, or other online payment system that provides notification of each discrete transaction to the primary account holder, in order to acquire ARTISTIC DREAMS INTERNATIONAL  services.  3)Online registration consent form. Used everytime you authorize a one time or a recurring transaction from ARTISTIC DREAMS INTERNATIONAL.

At any time, parents may not accept or permit ARTISITIC DREAMS INTERNATIONAL to collect data associated with the parent or the child. The parent may request account change, deletion, termination of service as noted in the above section.
